Unless you have an experienced HUD-registered agent working with you, who knows the entire area due to their EXPERIENCE in the area, you won't be able to access this critical information. The last thing you want to do is buy a HUD foreclosure in CA that is in a war zone, or on a flood plain, or in a neighborhood where property values are declining rapidly. So once again...it's up to YOU to do your homework when it comes to choosing a HUD-registered agent with whom you might work.
